Operational note: SQUR's primary subscribe endpoint (/api/subscribe) is blocked on a Cloud Functions Admin IAM grant (issue #154). This Tally-hosted form is the interim path. Subscriptions sync nightly into the same nurture-subscribers Firestore collection. After #154 lands, the form will migrate to the SQUR-hosted endpoint with no data migration needed — Tally IDs and Firestore IDs are aligned at sync time.
